Week 5 Plan May 18 - 22, 2020:
Tuesday is a VERY important meeting (mandatory), especially for Grade 7’s. Elphinstone will be doing a presentation and you can ask questions about what next year will look like. Please take off any backgrounds or any screenshot images
We will briefly review core competency reflections on Tuesday’s Zoom meeting for those who have not completed this task. It was due last Friday.
Please remember to use the “I can” statements (link below) as a starting point for your 3 reflections. You have done 6 of these so far this year, so this activity should NOT be new for any student. Make sure to support with anecdotal evidence of your growth this year.

Continue reading and do a reading journal entry twice a week. This week we start a book review project. You will read a novel and give a summary about the entire novel. You will give your opinion and recommendations for the book. This can be done like a digital book advertisement, a narrated slideshow or a video of you giving a summary and recommendation.
